Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are generally non-refundable, except where Media Vault cancels the booking. Deposits secure your date and cover preparation work already carried out in advance of the shoot.

Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability. We will always do our best to accommodate a new date that works for both parties.

Refunds are not available once photography, videography or digital content has been delivered.

Media Vault will always attempt to find a fair solution where genuine unforeseen circumstances arise. Please contact us as early as possible so we can discuss the options available.
