Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Media Vault and any individual or organisation engaging our services, whether through this website, email, or in person.

Media Vault provides photography, videography, creative content creation, branding imagery, event coverage and marketing content out of Malta.

Media Vault provides professional creative services including but not limited to:

• Photography
• Videography
• Event Coverage
• Commercial Content
• Social Media Content
• Brand Storytelling

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

Bookings are confirmed only after written acceptance by Media Vault.

Certain projects may require a deposit before the booking is secured. Failure to pay the requested deposit within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

Invoices are payable within the agreed payment terms stated on the invoice.

Media Vault reserves the right to withhold delivery of final content until payment has been received in full.

Late payments may incur applicable interest in accordance with Maltese law.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyright in delivered work remains the property of Media Vault.

Clients receive a licence to use the delivered content only for the agreed purpose. Images and videos may not be resold, transferred or commercially redistributed without prior written permission.

Media Vault reserves the right to display completed work on:

• Our website
• Portfolio and case studies
• Social media channels
• Marketing material

unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing before the project begins.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Obtaining any venue permissions
• Ensuring required permits have been obtained
• Attending agreed booking times

Media Vault is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or clients.

Media Vault shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including weather, illness, equipment failure, travel disruption or government restrictions.

Media Vault's total liability shall never exceed the total value of the booked service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
